32" LED/LCD TV within ₹ 30,000

After my 40" LED Turning into a crap in a small period of 2 years , I have no option left than to buy a new TV. This time I am scared to invest huge money and looking for the cheapest and best possible LED/LCD out there.. Please help me out. 1. It should either carry 3-5 year warranty or having facility of extended warranty .2. Should be in between price dance of ₹25000 to ₹ 30000.3. Preferable brand : LG, Samsung , Panasonic, Philips. Thanks in advance.

^But worth spending extra 8k because it's 40 inches & with 3 yrs warranty ...

This is strange. I have two 32 inches LCDs of Sony Bravia & Samsung. Gave me no problem whatsoever. It is bad luck. If you want to buy anything less than 30k, I'd suggest you to go for either Panasonic or Phillips. Panasonic is par at quality with top notch players like Samsung, Sony, LG etc. Bravia is at pune, and here in thane we use Samsung, I've been using it for more than 3 years.
Now, we want to buy an LED of 40 inches @ less than 45k. I have to see if that is possible.
