3G handset upgrade offer - Issues

Hi AirTel Presence,
Can you provide the update regarding the "3G upgrade offers". http://www.airtel.in/Airtel-3G/handset_offers.html.

Even who are all from Bangalore having this offer before got deactivated when they activate 3G. This is clearly cheating the customer. I too send mail to you and asked the same question over twitter. But till now no response.

If its not applicable for 3G means why this page is exist in 3G page. It should be on general page
Can you provide the update regarding this.

I know Airtel Presence is not alive here. But still i have little bit hope. Admin has to take some action like ban them for the inability (If possible).-Kannan M
