473/317 Kbps During Daytime!

You can get your upstream increased to 512/576, when 2x speed between 11-7 was first introduced my link speed was 320/288, so i called airtel engineer to my house and told him to bump my link speed to atleast 512/512, he made a phonecall to the exchange and my link speed changed to 864/576.

wts wrong...sometimes its 135kb, 250kb, bumps down to 26...then after 5mins i restart the modem it goes again to 130+y not continuous ?EDIT: this is going on frm 1pmm frm gk-1

mine is 576 kbps up n down in router n have not changed since inception of the connection.... n for past quite sometime (2 - 3 hrs ), i'm getting about 56 - 58 KB/s as down and 28 - 30 KB/s as up....i'm a happy man at the moment....
