he was just playing a character! there is nothing that specifically points to him being a sikh... if this becomes an issue, then playing a character of any religion in any movie would be an issue! him being a sardar jee has nothing to do with the theme of the ad!

Except for getup of Sardar, there is nothing unusual that any community can get offended. The character could have been from any community, but as Aamir has played almost all community personalities (Bengali, Jatt, UP, Nepali) he may have chosen Punjabi this time BTW yes, the adv is very good, and unless we are informed that it was Aamir, we hardly realise
