By the way, no court has convicted Robert Vadra. No court has attached any property, issued arrest notice/summons on Vadra. Not even Modi Govt has filed any FIR against vadra for Land scams. So don't compare Gandhi family relationship to Vadra to that of Lalit Modi with BJP leadership. ED has registered 14 FIRs against Lalit Modi. How many FIRs registered against Vadara?

Even so Vadara is still in India and mocks BJP to act against him if he has done anything wrong. One year has passed and Modiji could not put Vadara in jail.

By the way the loss to exchequer on 2G scam is a myth. Vinod Rai put up 2G losses at 1.76 crore and SC also acted on it.

Now SC and CAG should answer to Indian public why telecom business is in such a bad shape in India. Why the tariff plans are so expensive? Why the connectivity & speeds are so unreliable? Why telecom companies are not able to develop 3G & 4G Infrastructure even after all these years?

Spectrum auction was a failure.

I am sure Lalit Modi won't be declared absconder by courts because his friendly Govt has come to power. Even still, cases against him are pretty strong so he will stay away from India for some time.

2.Registration of FIR doesnt make anyone guilty.Lalit Modi hasnt been convicted by any court.The CAG has already stated that Vadra was given undue favours by the Congress govt in Hariyana and the Hariyana govt is probing Vadra.So Vadra is as much guilty as Lalit Modi.And Vadra will be dealt with appropriately at the right oppurtunity.
