Hahaha.. friend, beware what you wish for!! I live near Coles Park in ChandraKiran Apartments. I had asked for a connection from ACT on 24th March and mentioned that I need it URGENTLY as my wife works from home. I was given the connection in 3 days although I had been promised that it would be done in 1 day. This was just the beginning (of the end). It stopped working in about 5-6 hours after installation. It has not come up since. We complained daily for the first four days calling up atleast 10 times a day. Most of the time you will get the message that all their agents are busy. If they occassionally pick up, then the standard response is that it will be done by the end of the day. Unfortunately this problem never ends. Finally I asked for a disconnection on the 31st of March. After promising that it will be repaired again no one bothered to turn up. In the meantime, I promptly requested Airtel for a connection which was provided and is working fine.
I now want to use this forum to see just how long it takes for my money to be returned. I had taken the Quarterly subscription. Alas, they couldnt provide me the same even for a quarter of a day.
People, ACT may be cheaper, but ACT are really cheap people!!!

first of all my sincere appologies for the inconvenience caused to you.
On investigating your issue, understand that the power to the Cx was not available at the point identified by your maintenance manager. Inspite of asking for diffrent power line, he informed our field team to leave it to him who will get it repaired subsequently using internal electrician. The battery connected to the system given power upto 5 to 6 hrs and went down. Said that am not justifying the action of our field force, and even after raising the complaint by you we were not allowed to fix the power line to your Cx switch which lead to the total service outage.
One failure from our side is the field team has failed to keep you updated on the power issue that is happened and going forward we will ensure such things does not repeat.
