Considering I work from home this was a necessary prerequisite. I as such have no complaints about the speed but what use is speed when there is no connection in the first place. From when I have got it I have called their customer care atleast 10 times a month! The customer care mostly sounds indifferent and if I mention that it is an urgent request they don’t seem to care and end up being rude. The technician they send over is just bad as he cant seem to find a good solution for this. With very late service coupled with rude customer care I don’t understand who found this service good!? Now I can’t cancel this service because of my non-refundable 6 months payment. Highly disappointed - might as well go back to my slow but reliable BSNL connection.[/color]

Hi ACT team,
This my first post in this forum and I created account on this forum just to share my review about ACT .
Unfortunately I applied for ACT broadband after seeing all the reviews in this forum .
I applied for a new connection on 5th October and also I have given 1 month rent as advance . The sales person ( Vivek ) promised me that I will get the connection in 3 days because they already have a DP box at my apartment . I asked him to confirm again that I will be getting the connection in 3 days and he called some technical team and confirmed and promised that I get connection in 3 days .
But today its completed 16 days and I didn't get the connection till now , I called the sales guy more than 50+ times but he is not answering my call . I called ACT customer service center and they are always commit that I will get connection by next day . At last I called ACT nodal officer yesterday and he promised me that I will get connection by today EOD . But noting happened .
So ACT team either give the connection by tomorrow EOD or give me my money back . Don't cheat customers like this .
