Same problem. I think the technician comes, calls office to connect, shows working connection and the next time you disconnect it never reconnect. They must be falling short of bandwidth. I recommend forum blacklists ACT with sticky post.

Following it up with many calls finally i received call from an engineer saying Fiber is cut and need to replace. Now, i don't know how long it takes and how much i need do the follow ups.

I've called ACT a number of times asking for a timeline / plans for expansion in HSR Layout. Every time I get the canned response that they will get in touch with me. Are you guys thinking of expanding or not?

We have already initiated our expansion process. We will soon come to HSR Layout. Expansion process takes time so we request you to please cooperate with us. We will surely inform you once we will have feasibility in your area.

What is the expansion plan of ACT broadband? Which areas you are planning to cover in this expansion?
I am from BSK 3rd stage and is there any plan to cover this area also?
 
Are ACT Services launched in CV Raman Nagar - Kaggadaspura - Vignan Nagar area? I'm surprised why they are taking soooo long to launch in this techies filled belt.
 
@shashankre: I live in CV Raman Nagar (Nagavarapalya, behind Gopalan Grand Mall). ACT provides connections here very quick and the service is good (so far atleast). Not sure about Kaggadasapura. You can call this guy and check: Prasanna or Venkat: 9538879705.

[font="'lucida sans unicode'"]I got a call from ACT technician today that cabling would be done by end of the day. Got a confirmation call from Customer Care at 1543 hrs, IST today that connection will be activated in 2 days. So far, so good.[/font]

Nitin confirms that I can use my internet connection from tonight.

I would term this as awesome service from an installation perspective. I would have to wait and watch how stable the connection is post installation.[/font]
