What is the expansion plan of ACT broadband? Which areas you are planning to cover in this expansion?
I am from BSK 3rd stage and is there any plan to cover this area also?
Hello,
We have already initiated our expansion process. We will soon extend our services to BSK 3rd stage. We will let you know once we have feasibility of our services in your area. Also, we request you to message your complete postal address along with your contact details so that we can contact you once we reach to your area.
Regards,
ACT Broadband

hey act,
why dont you make FUP speed 1Mbps for 15Mbps and above plan. 512kbps sucks. Frankly if YOU broad band will come to my area i will be te 1st to take the connection. they have much better FUP speed than you.

Validity 1 Mth Data Usage Unlimited Speed (50 Mbps ) 50 GB Plan Charges 1999/-
After free data usage, you can still download @ 1 Mbps
Validity 1 Mth # Data Usage Unlimited Speed (24 Mbps ) Upto 55 GB Plan Charges 1861 /-
After free data usage, you can still download @ 1 Mbps

ACT Abundant 15 Mbps 1099 50 GB 512 Kbps

I opine that broadband speeds in India need to be increased to a minimum of 2 Mbps. This call needs to come from TRAI and needs to be a mandate if the ISP wants to call themselves, "BROADBAND". We have sufficient bandwidth to sustain 2 Mbps speeds.
@broadband.act - What is the reason where the ACT BB user needs to login every time to use a BB connection on the portal? If the box which is bound to the router is configured based on MAC address, I don't see any reason for the user to login to the portal every time?

I believe ACT BB DNS servers need to be more resilient as I get "PAGE NOT FOUND" when using the automatic configuration on my router.

17-Nov-2013 - Been having some DNS issues with ACT BB DNS servers namely, ns1.acttv.in and ns2.acttv.in. The authentication page to login takes a very long time to load. I would appreciate if the ACT BB technical team fix this.

ya.. i am also facing the same issue.. hope act will resole the issue..
