Luckily, I havent faced any sort of problem with ACT in Bangalore. The installation was quite fast, I got my connection in 4 days after submitting the forms to the ACT agent who had come to my residence to collect them. I opted for the ACT FREEDOM 2Mbps 650/- per month plan. After using it for a month I was satiafied with the service and payed for one whole year and got +25GB fup limit on the normal 20GB fup limit. So my total fup limit is now 45GB per month! The speed as ever is promising and stable! I play online multiplayer games like Counter Strike and sometimes they get connected to Hong Kong servers and I get a ping of around 70ms which is fantastic! And to any Indian servers I get a ping of around 25 to 40ms! I was a BSNL BB user before I opted to ACT and I used to get horrible pings of around 250ms while playing online and had a terrible experience there!
Well all in all this is the best Broadband I have ever used! Keep up the good work ACT!
Today my speed increased automatically though I am on the ACT FREEDOM 2Mbps plan, maybe because there is a promotion going on the website that says "Ready for more?this 18th get ready to be supercharged". Here is my speedtest.net result!

Am from Malleshwaram, well I don't know about that because I am in the act freedom annual plan (45gb fup) so until now the maximum I have used is 38gb in a month!arunra said:
