You should do research before applying or should have asked somebody..

Bro, it's just an internet connection. No one will sit and do RESEARCH before applying a connection. We check if feasibility is available and if plans suit our needs .. May be we can get less speed than expected , but not giving the connection itself and not responding to query is plain cheating... Don't tell ppl to RESEARCH to get an internet connection

I think there are some ACT offices in bengaluru u can go n visit and report ur issue in person idk if anybody do that maybe it worth a try ..

I have lost my job because of this as I have to work from home. There are thousands of people like me who are facing issues. I have attached a few to warn innocent people to be a little more careful than what I have been. I accept I should have applied more wisdom and research. My fault.

Yeah dude I can understand I'm sorry if I am being rude I didn't mean too.... They have to serve 1.5M customers so I think it will be a big challenge to satisfy all of them... Keep calling to customer care everyday that's what we can do right now ...

They have the worst customer service and billing but their infrastructure and routing is solid...

Most of my friends have ACT here in chennai and everybody is happy with them.
Maybe they're using some contractors to give out connections in your city.
This is very bad for a company like ACT.
