ACT broadband. Need reviews

Post the Results to the same Servers.

I am genuinely interested to see all about ISPs like ACT (and Beam, for that matter) and read most of the threads that come up because it helps me with my own thing.

So, to avoid going OT any more than it already has, I will post results in a thread that isn't about ACT Broadband.

Can you load 1080p youtube without issues? If not, Please Ask for Help.

After some trial and errors, I figured out what limited my download speeds (even from dedicated servers), I changed the DNS settings to "obtain DNS automatically" and it worked! I think I was using the Airtel's DNS previously.

Apart from speed issues, there customer service is pathetic, I have been suffering for long and you are stuck with no responses and no escalation process. Would suggest to avoid ACT if possible. They are not worth.
