I am writing this mail because I'm been made to run around, Call your customer care , wait till your engineer comes to fix the issue . I have a problem whenever it rains the internet connectivity goes off , i have complained the same none of your engineer have solved the issue , i wrote to your customer services , no resolution , now i don't know that to do. I have paid for 6 months and upgraded the speed and lost all the money taking connection from ACT. Ho am i supposed to get this issue solved or how do i get my money back?
Have raised 7 requests for the same issue , none of them solved , but all told me the issue is resolved. it will work now , all the 7 times its the same promise . but no one resolved, if you guys do not have solution to my problem , please refund my money , I close the connection , I am tired of writing and calling you guys
Best part is your retention team :- they say as per policy we cant refund the amount , but when I ask to give me service if you can't, why can't you refund money , they said as per terms and conditions we cant refund .
