Currently using Tata Sky and absolutely hate it. Inconsistent speeds, IPv6 that doesn't actually work, a trash ONT that does not allow you to configure anything and customer service who does nothing but read off their scripts instead of trying to understand your problem. Trying to esculate the ticket does absolutely nothing, just resulting in them "coming back to you later" and ghosting you entirely. What is the experience with other ISPs for you. I used Airtel before and it was fairly good with actual, usable customer service, do the others come close to it?
