Dear all
Our ACT fibernet connection has been inoperative since Sept 28th. It was restored Oct 14th after multiple calls and mails. After this it is intermittent and then went dead again on Oct 19th. Multiple calls have not resolved the issue. They are callous and this has affected my international consultancy business. They give excuses that there is major breakdown and unable to give a time lines.

I would request every body to stay away from this service provider as they are not geared up to this influx of demand.

Hope some senior executive of this company is available for prompt interaction. Helpline number is useless as people who man this cannot do anything but act as a dumb interface.

I am looking at Airtel as my alternate provider as they have a better customer redressal process as on date.
 
Airtel has 1199 plan at 16Mbps with 80 GB FUP.... me too moving to this plan. Enough of ACT.
