Add-On Package

Yesterday i purchased 'star one' add-on package.But till now it is not activate on my stb,it is showing "E16 service is currently scrambled".I had called customer care a lot of times.But my problem not solved till now.Anyone facing this same problem....

took me about 2 hours when I recharged yesterday... of course you have to turn your stb on...
