ADSL light not on modem

I have ADSL+2 I ball router and its light is not on .The due date of bill was 27 march and I have not paid the bills.Is the unpaid bill reason my ADSL light is not on?My power and LAN light are on but ADSL and internet light are off.

bsnl should not cut your connection for late payment. unless you were supposed to pay on march 27 last year.

The phone is ringing and I can make a call to someone so why the internet is not working?Am I entering wrong password or username?

The system log says
"netmakdchanndial : err=3001 rn_p=80534488 and it this error start repeating

To test my router , I try to connect by using username and password as multiplay and it did n't connect at all.Then I tried to connect it by using username as bbtest and password as bsnlmp and it also did n't connect so the problem is with the router I guess.

I connect my router directly to main wire without spilliter but now i can't use phone.I can use the internet now.Looks like splitter has problems

An issue BSNL should attend. Bother them till they listen.

It is then either splitter or may be one of telephone cable joint is loose.
