well. waiting for that day. i have realized that edge is too slow for me to use on my phone even for simple tasks like tweeting. :P

try vodafone.

I recently switched to it and is very happy.

already changed my number once. mnp just did not arrive in time. now would only decide after 3G launch whether i would be using MNP or not.

All Operators Will Benefit From MNP... Each Operator Has Its Strong and Weak Network Points... The People Falling In Either Areas Will Switch Depending Their Interest...

Nope. There are so many people who are stuck with their old numbers (I hold one number from 2002) and fed up of their service providers. The changing process will be slow since people need to understand the MNP process first. Further, if any service provider introduces any new scheme, many people will jump into it. This will put pressure on all the players. The new entrants like uninor, docomo etc will be mostly benefited

Yes Partially Correct... As New Entrants Have Less Network Congestion People Might Jump... But What About The Network Man.... New Entrants Have Hardly Covered Many Places...

The network is not good as there are less people.

So only once people join, it gets better.

So its useful only in cities and towns where the network will be gud even for the entrants.

After 2-3 years, u will see that Indian market will be saturated with all providers set

The reason the new entrants provide so many new schemes is bcos of network issues only.

Yes Thats There... Got A Message From iDEA To Recharge For Rs 82 and Enjoy iDEA to iDEA Calls At 10p For Next 90 Days... Frankly Speaking In Belgaum After 6pm iDEA Calls Dont Not Connect Till 10pm...

I would have used MNP only for better offers and that too between Airtel & Vodafone.Since I use 1p/sec plan, I don't need to use MNP. and whose ever GPRS pack is good for me, I will use that operator since I have numbers from both of them now.Since Vodafone has introduced Rs 95 VMC plan I dont have to use MNP at all. so nothing to wait for me
