Try restarting your mobile. I did this when ever i could not access data. It works.
Restarted about 20 times after reading this suggestion. No luck what so ever. Even the edge which used to work earlier has stopped. Looks like airtel has messed up. Been trying to reach the customer service to cancel 3G, that also is not going through. Seems to many customers are trying to reach the CS and they are simply hanging up.
