Airtel is shit, their cc told me I have an offer that Rs 299 addon pack is free for me, but I got billed for it.. When I asked airtel they said they will listen to the customer care recording later told nothing such that was offered to me

thats why its good to have auto call recording in mobile

Nope. Airtel hasn't released any information so far except this link: Airtel Home Terms and Conditions But I am guessing this still has outdated info. An official link should be up in a couple of days hopefully.
