Grrr... :madness: its there its implement in Chennai the moment i get speed reduced to half i am gonna apply for disconnection and Get a BSNL Connection happly with 20% discount.

Ps : 20% discount is applicable for all Gov employee and retired one too.

I mean in Airtel Website for Kerala Circle shows the FUP is applicable in all unlimited connections. But i am yet to see any speed drops in my downloads(i've already crossed 40 gb download limit-nearing 60GB) thats why i said it has not been implemented sofar.

I have airtel 1mbps Ul.

For the month of feb i wasnt at home so no idea if its implemented in Delhi yet..

Any 1mbps UL user from Delhi who can confirm on this??
