Airtel Broadband Fair Usage Policy

Airtel feedback link not working, I tried to give some feedback to them on fair usage policy
 
I was on 512 k speed @ 799 pm, i got an email on 12th Jun - Sayin i was upgraed to 1mbps* scheme, i sent a reply back to them asking if any FUP was applicable in this. Havent got a reply yet. So i was getting 1 mpbs for few days. then my speed went down to 512 since yesterday. And today afternoon speed is 256 kbps.I called CC and asked them, first they told some road repair work is going in my area, hence i am getting slow speed. I clearly asked if FUP has been applied on my account, he then told FUP was applicable on my account, once the limit is crossed my speed falls down to 256kbps,DAMN AIRTEL. AIRTEL HAI HAI
 
have mailed and put a request for cancellation of my Airtel number / bb., Going to ask all my freind who ever has a Airtel BB connection to surrender it and go for BSNL.
 
where do we find the Fair Usage Policy for the plans ? i am not able to see them at all. err found it., under notes. click here.:@
