Airtel Broadband: Free Unlimited data for six months offer

CC activated the Rs 299 plan saying it wont be charged as an offer from Airtel, now they billed me for the same and when I asked them they said nothing such as free offer is mentioned to you

I was on old plan of Rs 999 / 100 Mbps / 300 GB (Plus 1000 GB Big Byte) which got automatically upgraded to Rs 999 / 200 Mbps / 525 GB (Plus 1000 GB Big Byte) few months back . Now the same has been upgraded to Rs 999 / 200 Mbps / Unlimited GB (2555GB). By far much better than other Fiber ISP's !

Though wondering , how come unlimited is 2555 GB & not 3333 GB

No clue. I saw it on airtel portal and on my airtel app, it says Unlimited with 2555GB

@legend_killer can you please let us know the exact name of the plan so that we can ask the same from cc. I am also from Noida and plan name cann be get from Bill pdf copy.

I doubt you can get that plan. I was on VDSL 40Mbps when I was offered FTTH (Rs 999 / 100 Mbps / 300 GB + Data Rollover + 1000GB ) around Aug'2018. I switched to FTTH on that same (Rs 999 / 100 Mbps / 300 GB ). I did not update the plan & left it as it is. Airtel itself upgraded the benefits.

So summary is (Rs 999 / 100 Mbps / 300 GB + Data Rollover + 1000GB ) --> (Rs 999 / 200 Mbps / 525 GB + Data Rollover + 1000GB ) --> (Rs 999 / 200 Mbps / Unlimited aka 2555 GB )

Strange thing is that even if unlimited free pack is active but still data is being deducted from 300gb limit.
It’s not showing updated FUP or unlimited thing in data usage.

Unlimited tag is only being shown on “my plan” section

this showing sign of full speed till fup after that low speed but unlimited

Existing users from Delhi, Please help clarify few doubts.

UL Data is 3333gb or 2555gb ?

And if we go for the additional ul pack @299 then 3333/2555 is on top of the data of base plan or a total of 3333/2555?

For example,
Rs.999 Entertainment plan gives 300gb so do we add the Unlimited pack on top of 300 to make it 3633gb or does it become 3333gb in totality ?
