did not get you. airtel line is connected to their modem which is connected to my wireless router. my computer is connected to the router with an ethernet cable.

oh i got it. what i meant was that i had connected my computer directly to the modem. their engineers use the excuse that the wireless router has issues so we can only troubleshoot when you connect the computer directly to the modem. so i checked the quality of connection directly. was talking about that!
