It will take a no genius to notice he was giving his opinion on what could happen in future.He made it very clear there is chance and it wasn't claim. So there is no need for him to notify its his guess / hope based on nothing as u said he should. That is what we all call is a common sense. And if he was giving his opinion it is very much within the forum rules, and i guess that is what we all are here for. If you dont agree just ignore and move on. But it isn't in your authority to moderate his post and prohibit him from voicing his opinion.

I'm sorry but I do have to point out two not-so-subtle but somehow elusive differences here:

[*]"I think prices should be less" is an opinion. What he said was, "if u wait for some month their [sic] is a chance for the reduction of price" which is not an opinion but a statement of fact.
[*]There is an unarguable difference between "prohibit[ing] him from voicing his opinion" as you mistakenly put it, and "criticizing his opinion / claim." I have no authority to moderate or prohibit his opinion / claim as you rightly said, but somehow you wrongly believe that I am trying to do so.
[/list]I am merely criticizing rumour-mongering that has lately become the bane of this forum. Sorry, didn't intend to start an argument, and really it has no part in this thread, so let's not continue.

i specified in my post tat there is a chance and i just came to know tat there is a chance for the price reduction through an airtel executive(source) who is working for AIRTEL and i dont know who is the source for him do u need more info on it

No it's good enough to know your "source." As many people here have experienced, Airtel executives make random claims all the time, and more often than not they turn out to be inaccurate if not entirely incorrect. So please take it with a grain of salt.

but u asked me the source and i had specified my source to u because i want u to know tat it was not an guess/hope i had posted it b'coz i had got the info from an AIRTEL EXECUTIVE who is an well-known friend of mine and u dont think tat u can post wat ever u want :wall: but hereafter be polite first and mind ur language as possible :madness:

Disagreeing with you doesn't mean I am being rude. As for "Mind your language" - it's a great show, but a poor retort.

You should have specified in the first post itself that it was an Airtel executive who is a friend of yours. That is a lot more credible, than a comment with no apparent source. For that matter, if it's okay to ask, how senior or junior is your friend? That would give us a clue as to how credible the information is. (No offence to you or your friend).
