If someone planned to suck your money I see no reason why they should stop at 16.20. These calls could probably be made by the Airtel guys when they were doing some maintenance work.
right. i have some calls too in my bill. even though the phone is not used at all. but these are very small calls. probably made when they were here to check my connection at the backend. you can see the number on the bill. call it and see if it connects with some airtel people.
