Why can't they have fully 2Mbps UL or atleast Night Unlimited on Postpaid connections!

Even if its on prepaid..its a pretty awesome deal..Airtel on the other hand seems more than ever confident of NOT giving these plans..All their customer care guys, it seems have been specially trained to blankly say no when you ask them why Airtel has no night unlimited plans..They dont know why and they wont allow you to speak to any of their management either..
