Migrated from 1499-100 GB to 1099-75GB. Sent a mail for request..they did it and replied in 24 hrs that it is activated. No calls from my side, same from their end too. ALL IS WELL now

Thanks to this thread I move into 200gb plan, 100rs waiver for the next 6 months, about a year ago I was paying almost twice the amount for 175gigs and 8mbps

call them and say you wanna disconnect. they will transfer u to retention dept. get a deal there.
i got 300off for 6months on 1399plan.

But having a plan name makes this much easier. Then I can force them to give me the plan I ask for. Currently they are looting me in return for a measly 25 GB FUP and excellent service.
