Yup. I was hoping it would be resolved by the time I would be back home . but this was above expectations
 
Airtel is super fast. That's what I appreciate it about. In my area they arrive within 1 to 2 hour of lodging complaint with CC. After that they will call you again to confirm if the problem is rectified and are you satisfied with it.
 
the support is so good that it's annoying. after fixing of my complaint, the guy is required to call their office and i have to confirm on phone that my problem was resolved. that number is usually busy so i waste time waiting to complete that call.

That has never happened with me btw.
