Airtel Broadband: Self Care says User Name and Password Wrong

@punter18https: //ebpp.airtelworld.com/ pkmslogin.formto access this page , please go to nearest Airtel office with a photo identity card, a spare PP photo, and fill in an application from. and an Airtel bill ( not necessary) You will get the password by email. within two days. Then you can log in and check your Telephone/mobile/broadband accts and pay bills online etc
 
@essbebe,thanks for ur concern :)I called the Airtel CC now, and the girl replied that they are right now on site upgradation. Anything can be said only after 24 hours. So they had asked me to call tomorrow. :wall:

When I entered my user id and pass , says "authentication failed. User ID and password Invalid :wall:
 


@members/asdfgf/ If using IE re check security zone settings. or add to trusted sites..or maybe Airtel forgot to reset at their end. I log in using Firefox and use IETAB to access as in IE. Working fine except for BB usage No data . All other menu options open nicely.
