Ive got 2 connections now, one 512 @ Rs.1499 and 384 @ Rs.9991mbps for 2222 is not *too* expensive.

its a great news tat AIRTEL has introduced an hi-speed (1Mbps)UL internet plan:yahoo: and i think they can reduce the rate of this plan, but its a logic tat everything when introduced will be some what costly and after few months it would be reduced .Guys ,this is the beginning tat the UL-2Mbps plan is not tat much far from us ;most probably by an year it would be introduced

How abt this? I have got 999 unlimited plan 256 kbps Full day I tried to download a movie luckily after 10 hrs (although I got download manager) I was able to download 699 mb of stuff. In the night I put 2 movies approx 1.36 gb to download and after 6 hrs when i woke up they were downloaded. My question is do we get boost in night ??? If yes then from what time to what time?

We should probably get some sort of program to alert us when the speeds go above 1mbps so we can schedule our downloads accordingly

For u it maybe cheap but know one thing tat v r in INDIA not in UNITED STATES :hysterical:as 1-mbps UL is not an business plan and its an home plan and most of the users cant opt this plan and it maybe a cheaper plan from ur view but regarding us its very very costly

i thought tat UL-1mbps plan will be introduced after two years and so after an year (i.e the third year) UL-2Mbps plan will be introduced but now the UL-1Mbps plan is introduced and also 2-mbps plan will be introduced by 6-12months and so there is a possibility tat AIRTEL would throw away their current hi-speed b/w such as 128 & 256-kbps plans and give the 1-mbps for less than or not much higher than 1k after few months
