Airtel Broadband with Static IP gives unlimited bandwidth at full speeds?

I am worried of data getting counted next month :(.Even with 60gb i can easily live at 8Mbps speed.Airtel is the only option i have here.Bsnl and tikona were other and they both used to suck my blood weekly :(
 
Tikona is the worst and I am using Bsnl myself at home and airtel in the office and that too because airtel disconnected my connection in their own because of some problem at their end because of metro work or something. BSNL is not bad but airtel is definitely the best.
 
No local here has better plans .All fup based my plans not worth trying.Well lets see what happens at start of next cycle till than will live with restart of modem trick :)
 
Good this is to remind me to not get my excitel connection disconnected too early. Can't rely on Airtel for vfm plans.
 
yep comes and goes for few times a week. but still vfm if you're heavy downloader.
Can't beat airtel reliability.
 
I have 450 rs/month static IP and no FUP ever since I got it. But, last week Airtel engineers visited my home without announcement and reason, when I was not home, and made some changes and the FUP seems to be enforced now.

Airtel is just not feasible anymore. Time to switch to a better ISP.
 
Hey then I think bug is within modem only ..limit can easily be pushed forward
As per conclusion people get fast speed after reset
Your speed got lost after some setting chance within modem
If they have to change your speed they could have done earlier backend way
That means it's [emoji14]
