Airtel Broadband with Static IP gives unlimited bandwidth at full speeds?

I am also thinking to try my luck on the 150 Rupees Static IP. But when should I opt for it? I have exhausted my data and I am on FUP now, should I wait for the next bill cycle or should I opt now? I am using a 350 plan: 4 Mbps till 10 GB, 512 Kbps thereafter, with 1000 local minutes. 
I Suggest not to waste even 150 rs. . I am currently on static IP @ 150 p.m . There is no such option you get unlimited FUP limit with static IP. Earlier they were not able to track the data usage for static ip users now they have got there system upgraded to track the same . that is the reason they have reduced the static ip charges from 450 to 150.

igloo: Yes, it is a retention plan. Indore, Madhya Pradesh. I know the retention guys personally and they gave me the best deal. The plan is of Rupees 450 with only 5 GB and no calling. They offered me Rupees 100 discount, 5 GB top-up, 1000 minutes for free. I love Airtel BB.

Anyone enjoying high speed with static IP now?
I think so. I've probably downloaded more than 20-30 gbs on my 40 gb in the last week itself. No signs of slowing down. The smartbytes page isn't working, and the app shows that I've 0 gbs left.
(Anyone knows how to check usage on the iOS app? I can't get it to work!)

Not working in the sense?My smartbytes page is loading but it shows 0 GB used since the last week,ie, I have full quota unused. Is it similar for you? The my Airtel account on the site as well as the app also show the same.
My smartbytes page isn't loading, and the app shows that I've used up my entire quota. My airtel account shows that I've used 31.27/41 GB out of my quota. I tried downloading 2 GB worth of stuff after checking that(10 hours ago?) Hasn't moved a bit yet.
Edit: Just checked the app again. It is in line with the airtel account page(9.7 GB left)

Guess it is a problem then for me too. And I don't have 80gb left as it shows
