they billed me 400 bucks for GPRS, inspite of cancelling it thru SMS & verifying the same thru their CS
 
i agree too...good as ISP but not mobile...you can contact customer support ...nothing happens...consumser forum...send few notices...to nodal officers..etc...again contact customer support
 
I disagree, Airtel is great. I have activated 7 days GPRS for Rs 100. My GPRS was automatically disabled on the 4th day. I called up the Customer Care, they confirmed my problem, apologised and refunded 100 back to my account.
 
if you have been charged wrong on your bill , then you will sure get wave off for that after complaining.
 
this is 4th or 5th time i hear airtel charging something and deducting later.and my doubts, which i wrote abt here earlier too, are becoming more and more firm. i.e. charge it in the bill and if customer notices then refund/cancel the charge, else pocket the money!
 
Please use English, at least in the titles. Try to use as less Hindi as you can.

airtel live they say its 30 paise per 20 kb but as soon as you hit a page they charge 30 paisa even if u download the file of size on 100 bytes. They charge me 20 times in a minute once:cry:. Sahi main chor hai saale

Yes if they charge you Say For EG: Rs 100;
U actually pay Rs100+Service tax+educational cess on tax

In the end if u complain and they agree to refund the amount U still lose the 12 or 13 bucks odd coz they only refund Rs100

Since VF and Airtel formed a cartel, they stopped competing with each other and started sucking customers dry:wall::mad:
