Airtel Digital TV DTH: Airtel DTH website

I was quite attracted by the Airtel DTH Site, as it had rich colours, compared to TS Site.But, when I entered the " My Airtel", I got upset, as It goes to the , site , which is exactly, the same as the BroadBand, MyAirtel section, worst site.:frown::madness::wall:The first thing, you can't register your name and other details, to proceed to the My Airtel section, as the " Day" drop down box, will not work.:evil::hysterical:So, you have to send a mail to the CC, stating this issue, and they will reset your password, so that when you enter this pwd, you will bypass the REGISTRATION.The same thing happens, on registering Airtel BB, as both are same sites, same interface.:wall::madness:

Karthick, that day dropdown box works in IE and chrome... has some issues only with Firefox.

@Karthick : I use Firefox 3.x and I didn't find any trouble in adding my ADTV account to my existing broadband & post-paid mobile accounts id. In fact, it just took 2 minutes to do that. Wonder what is your problem.

Swami,Thanks for your message.I was trying to create a separate Self Care account for , ADTV.I was not aware of , adding the ADTV to existing Telephone Self Care Portal.But now added it and it is working fine.But I think , Voucher Recharge Option is not available in ADTV Portal.:madness:

Yea.. Voucher recharge isn't available.. But I prefer credit card recharge. So, not a problem.. Moreover, with vouchers, you can recharge via phone itself with the toll free number.. Also, I guess, the site isn't complete. If that is not the case, poor us..
