Hi vishu97,I hope your problems are solved by now. If not, I would suggest you you to send an email to your state Nodal officer CCing all the nodal officers. Please do mention the complain no and your customer Id. Ask for an higher authority when you call them next time and demand a full refund if they are not willing to change to your original plan. I do agree that Airtel Cc S****s big time. However I would like to mention the quality of the services I am receiving. I have been using the Adtv for more than 1 year. I had many pbms with them mainly the ones dealing with cc about recharges and plan changes. But for almost 4-6 months I am not facing any pbms and I am really quite happy with the service I am receiving. We will try to help you in whatever way it's possible. Do mind to inform us what happened to the plan change. I wish you best of luck with good intentions!!
