Airtel Digital TV is fooling customers

Hi vishu97,I hope your problems are solved by now. If not, I would suggest you you to send an email to your state Nodal officer CCing all the nodal officers. Please do mention the complain no and your customer Id. Ask for an higher authority when you call them next time and demand a full refund if they are not willing to change to your original plan. I do agree that Airtel Cc S****s big time. However I would like to mention the quality of the services I am receiving. I have been using the Adtv for more than 1 year. I had many pbms with them mainly the ones dealing with cc about recharges and plan changes. But for almost 4-6 months I am not facing any pbms and I am really quite happy with the service I am receiving. We will try to help you in whatever way it's possible. Do mind to inform us what happened to the plan change. I wish you best of luck with good intentions!!

airtel digital TV is the worst service i have ever seen. no care for customer.
i having remote problem since i purchase it. i have been called them thousands of time but getting response from 6 months and said "aapko service charge dena padega"
i think now they are waiting for one year for full charge of remote.
plzzz if you are thinking about AIRTEL DIGITAL TV ignore it.

Airtel Digital TV customer experience sucks totally and is expensive

I had been a customer from OCt 2009 (Customer ID 3001597105) and then promised that they will give 1 year validity. I had to fight with them a lot to get the 1 year validity which they promised in their advertisement

The website payment gateway never works. Shame on you Airtel and IBM which manages it. There is a session time out every time when I try to do something. The ui SUCKS big time.

The customer care call center is the most of the pathetic lot. Their no is HELPLINE: Airtel Mobile 12150 I Others 1800 102 8080 or 020 40181400 (Tolled)
EMAIL: [email protected]. You can call this and check. There is no option to select between Hindi and English and by default you will land in Hindi section. If you ask them to connect to English they would ask you to cut and call back again or just hangs up.

Shame on You Airtel. You are fooling customers and taking people for a ride. Even Sun TV which I used to use earlier wass better than this
