There's no scope for refund. Bear with it for a few months and then just unlink it all. Just keep the Fiber Internet if you want, and continue the DTH subscriptions separately. Yes, you can unlink the IPTV, but will they allow conversion to DTH - I'm not sure. If they don't allow it, just discontinue the IPTV service and take a new DTH connection separately.

@windyglaze Now that I look, its a most certain case of cheating by duping the customer which is a classic Airtel move nowadays. If you still have the whatsapp messages file a complaint on PGPORTAL for gods sake, using your airtel broadband ID. In my case something similar has already happened and I got my refund withing 15 days all thanks to govt PG PORTAL, nothing happens on airtel escalation matrix.
