Airtel Landline with Broadband

Hi Guys,

I am planning to buy new Airtel Landline and Broabband connection in Bangalore.

1. Please tell me how is the Airtel Landline network?
2. Which is the best Tariff Plan and whether Airtel has combo plan of Broadband and fixed Line.

For Broabband i want good range in my home from 2nd floor till ground floor.

Kindly let me know the best plan and tarrif for the same.

I have had landline calls working without internet working in the past - but never landline not working but internet does.

Edit: I missed the part that this is with Fiber. Mine was/is - ADSL/VDSL

If you are getting a Fiber connection then voice is VOIP and you can connect your landline to the RJ12 port in the ONT.

So if internet is not working will landline work or not? As many are saying it will work without internet also.

Voip works on their internal ip address. So if you mean if internet get banned landline works then it will. But when connectivity is lost then it won't work as even voip is not reachable.

By "connectivity lost", What do you mean? Please explain. And why i am all asking is this because in Kashmir we have frequent internet blockades so that is why so if you will answer keeping this condition in my mind it would be highly appreciated. Thanks

Connectivity lost means physical wire cut or like.
