For the last couple of days, the network coverage has become a nightmare. And I am not alone. I have met at least 2 other folks who have noticed the same. Right now I have zero signal on my phone. I usually have full signal in this part of the house. Anyone else?

Nope. It pinpoints the current tower location only along with your distance from the tower. I guess, distance should give you a fair idea.
I usually use it in conjunction with http://network.rcom.co.in

As an alternative, try OpenSignal
^On force 3G mode at home. Cross referenced it with rcom's database. Fairly accurate.
