No. it's not working. I am an airtel delhi prepaid user and I tried callig this number without any success. 1800 425 4646 I then tried adding +91 and even then I was not able to place a call.

This means you can call toll free numbers of different companies from your mobile also now, which was not the case earlier. Havent tried myself yet, but if it is working then great. Little saving on STD calls
