I suppose the toll free 1800 number used to call the same company or institution will be different in Airtel compared to BSNL . For example :To call Dish tv renewal helpline the toll free numbers are :18001808585(from BSNL phones)18001038585(from Airtel mobile phones) Note the difference between 103 and 180 . Farmboy

This is crap. First of all they shouldn't charge. Even if they have to, they should keep it variable as per the user's local no. tariff.
