Airtel not allowing to view missed call number without app

Earlier airtel would show the number from which call was missed in sms, when mobile was switched off or out of reach.

Now they force you to use their stupid app to see the log. I don't even know how it works now the link is sms opens app but it stays blank screen.

Competition with Jio changed them a lot
but at the core of Airtel, they are d***heads
Their idea is to force you to use their shitty app and their shitty upi service and offers and so on.
If they could make you pay for using Whatsapp or Facebook, they would.

If it was not for network issues with other providers I would use jio or vi.
I don't want to pay these a**holes when they don't even bother to reply on twitter for support.

The missed call alert was a nice feature they ruined it to push their app. Their whole bank, upi, wallet is BS literally no one needs.

I have not used any used code as it was not required. Once your phone becomes reachable Airtel would send sms that you missed call from this number at x time and that was it. They still send that sms but instead of showing the number it has a link to their app, which doesn't even work properly.
