well yeah. they must have a bunch of tickets blocked from general sales. in general sales, the cheaper tickets are all sold out and i think the cheapest option available now is 7500?

i am on the 1999 plan. i do not use the phone so add service tax and other crap and you get my bill. around 2200 bucks.
