they should have a mobile app (if they don't have one already which i don't think they have). for a company with airtel's size, they should really have great apps to do a lot of things for their subscribers. check usage, order additional usage, check bills, pay bills and shit load of other stuff!not that a mobile app would help me in this case. no longer a smartphone user. i wonder if i can pay my broadband bill using a third party service like visa billpay.
yeah u can add landline numbers too .. "AIRTEL LANDLINE / BROADBAND-DELHI" is listed in their billers list .. So u surely can pay using tht .. I did pay from icici 2-3 times .. and u can pay using credit card too from there .. if its linked from ur same account ..I am not sure if u will get any reward points or anything if u use credit card ..
