Airtel Postpaid to Prepaid Procedure?

Hello, I'm looking to transfer my Airtel Postpaid to Prepaid. What's the procedure and requirements?

CONVERT AIRTEL POSTPAID TO PREPAID

Requirements:

• Airtel Thanks App
• Internet Connection.
• Airtel postpaid sim which has been active for more than 90 days

Steps:

1. Open the app and click on the postpaid sim.
2. Choose the HELP icon. It might me under MORE > HELP
3. A chatbot should open. Ask about POSTPAID TO PREPAID. If bot does not help, try to find the SEARCH option
4. In the search option, search for POSTPAID TO PREPAID articles.
5. POSTPAID TO PREPAID MIGRATION option should be available.
6. Clear any outstanding dues, then repeat the above steps
7. Your sim should be converted within 30 mins.
