airtel reduces internet browsing (GPRS) charges?

i got an sms which says so -"Good News!! Now enjoy airtel internet browsing at a reduced rate of 10p/10KB, effective 28-Jul-11. Browse more pay less!"

I got the same message.Let's see if it's true.But it is really useless as i don't think anyone will use much data on 'pay as u go basis'. P.S:Looks like only AP users received this message.

I have got this msg 2 ....but who cares about default internet plan , it was 30 paise for 20kb earlier, now it's 10 paise for 10kb usage . It applies to 3g also.
