Can you check your firmware again is it V01.00.05_2_Test3 or just V01.00.05_2? And for last 3-4 days, even I have not noticed any disconnection on my beetel and nothing on the log too. Probably, they must have done something on the backend. If others can confirm the same, then we can keep using Beetel for now.

Which Asus router you are using?

I have V01.00.5_2. The Asus Router is RT-AC3200.

@morecrap can you share the firmware?
I wanna try switching to V01.00.05_2
maybe it might just fix my disconnection issue.

I'm currently using: V01.00.05_5

Is there a way I can dump the firmware from the modem?

BTW.. Still no disconnection.

Thanks for confirming that and no there is no way, you can dump that firmware, have to ask those Airtel Engineers for a copy of that firmware.

they have changed few stuffs in backend here .. that i have noticed

1> they have disabled G.INP + Fastpath and enabled interleaving error correction protocol ( easy way to check if you have interleaving enabled just ping local airtel gateway IP or local airtel DNS .. if your ping is 17ms + than interleaving is enabled ,if your ping is around 5ms to 10ms than your on G.INP + Fastpath )

2> capped line rate ( upload to 10Mbps and download to 85Mbps ) ... previously line rate was upload - 24Mbps and download 105Mbps

3> disabled upstream band US0

i have beetel with V01.00.05_2_Test3

I asked the guy and he says my modem came with that firmware OOB and they only have *_5 or the test versions. But do try to get it. You may get lucky.
