So MTNL is the only last ISP still on public IPv4?
The problem with IPv6 is that so many sites still using IPv4 like timesofindia so it’s impossible to go purely IPv6. Even download speed suffers a bit on that. I am on Tata Sky with CG-NAT on IPv4 and Static IPv6 which only changes if I reinstall Windows. However, I disable Windows temporary address feature and can access my PC remotely through IPv6 directly. I also use Tailscale to remote into my router for WOL. Asus routers have this feature. So I have made peace with the situation.

CGNAT IPv4 with IPv6 is very common in many "developing" countries with low per-capita IPv4 addresses.

I've found that on torrent trackers, without IPv6 you'll get far less peers from China, Indonesia, Russia etc. IPv6 can in some cases even help you find peers on torrents which are considered "dead" on IPv4.

Is DHCPv6 configured on your G2425?? I believe it supports DHCPv6 with Prefix Delegation
