@Shubham1999 Check your 5 GHz password and encryption (use WPA2 or 3) please. Re-enter it if required. If the router is transmitting the only reason your compatible 5 GHz devices won't latch on is due to the password or the encryption algo being set incorrectly. Both the router and device should have the same settings.

What is the 5ghz wifi band?
Check via any wifi analyser app.

i try many band 44 etc

Call 121, or use the app, and tell them you have issues with the wifi on 5 Gig. They will send a tech to investigate and if required replace the ONT.

I talkies to customer care regarding the same, and they changed the router.
